If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription purchase within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, and to receive a full refund.
Email contact@axon-trading.com or write to the PEC address below, stating your decision to withdraw. You do not need to use a specific form. If you withdraw, we will refund your payment within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you used to pay.
EU law allows a trader to end this right early if the consumer expressly requests immediate access to a digital service during the withdrawal period and acknowledges, before the contract is concluded, that doing so means losing the right to withdraw once access has begun. AXON currently grants Pro access immediately on payment, but does not yet capture this explicit acknowledgment at checkout. Until that changes, AXON honors the full 14-day withdrawal right on every Pro purchase, regardless of how much you have used the service in that period. This section will be updated, and checkout will capture your explicit consent, before AXON relies on the early-loss exception for any purchase.
