AXON is a trading journal and analytics service operated by Kristian Toska (Ditta Individuale). AXON records trading activity you provide, surfaces patterns and statistics from it, and offers an AI-assisted coach that comments on your own trading data. AXON does not execute trades, does not manage funds, and does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice (see "No Financial Advice" below).
AXON offers a Free plan (no cost, limited features) and a Pro plan (EUR 29/month or EUR 278/year, billed in advance, taxes included or added as required by applicable law). Prices are shown in the app and may be updated from time to time; changes apply to future billing periods, not to periods already paid.
New accounts may be offered a time-limited trial of Pro features. If offered, the trial requires no payment card and ends automatically, reverting the account to the Free plan with no charge, unless you choose to subscribe.
A limited-time discount may be available at signup via a promotional code. Discount terms are shown at checkout and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without affecting subscribers who already redeemed it.
You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no support request is required.
You agree to use AXON lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and not to share your account with others. AXON may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
AXON is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing in AXON -- including AI-generated commentary, pattern detection, or statistics -- is investment advice, a trading recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kristian Toska is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Italian or EU consumer-protection law.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bolzano, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have as a resident of another EU member state, including the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence where EU law provides for it.
