This policy covers cookies and similar storage technologies (such as browser local storage) used on axon-trading.com, the AXON marketing site.
Two things, both optional, both off by default: - Analytics (Vercel Analytics): aggregated, anonymized page-view statistics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profile. - Referral tracking: if you arrive via a creator or affiliate link, a referral code is stored in your browser (30 days) and one request is sent to our server to credit that referral. No advertising use. There are no third-party advertising cookies, no ad-retargeting pixels, and no cross-site tracking on this site.
Your cookie choice itself is stored locally so we don't ask you again every visit. This is necessary to the mechanism and isn't itself subject to consent.
Nothing in section 2 runs until you choose. A banner on first visit asks you to Accept or Decline; declining means neither analytics nor referral tracking runs, and browsing the site is unaffected either way.
Use the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing consent does not undo tracking that already happened before you withdrew it, but stops any further tracking immediately.
Both optional items rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Nothing runs on any other legal basis.
